Cancel a Bōde showing by opening your calendar, selecting the time slot, and hitting “Cancel Appointment.” The buyer is notified automatically.
How do I cancel a showing appointment?
If you’ve scheduled and agreed to a showing appointment using the Bōde platform, here’s how to cancel it:
- Go to your calendar (https://bode.ca/calendar).
- Find the appointment time slot and click on it.
- Click the Cancel Appointment button.
Once you cancel, the buyer will automatically be notified that the showing has been cancelled.
Note: If you arranged the showing outside of the Bōde platform (e.g., via text, phone, or email), it's best to cancel using the same method you used to coordinate.
