How do I cancel a showing appointment?

If you’ve scheduled and agreed to a showing appointment using the Bōde platform, here’s how to cancel it:

1. Go to your calendar (https://bode.ca/calendar).
2. Find the appointment time slot and click on it.
3. Click the Cancel Appointment button.

Once you cancel, the buyer will automatically be notified that the showing has been cancelled.

Note: If you arranged the showing outside of the Bōde platform (e.g., via text, phone, or email), it's best to cancel using the same method you used to coordinate.
