How does the calendar work?
When a viewing is requested, the time is added to both calendars. Sellers can accept, reject, or suggest a new time, and message buyers directly.
What happens when a viewing is requested?
When a viewing is requested on a Bōde listing, the proposed time is automatically added to both parties' calendars—the buyer's and the seller's.
What can I do after a request is submitted?
As the seller (or listing contact), you can:
- Accept the proposed time
- Reject the request
- Suggest a different time
Need to reschedule?
We recommend suggesting a new time instead of rejecting the request.
Just click the pencil icon, choose a new time that works for you, and the other party will receive a prompt to accept the update.
Can I message the other party?
Yes! You can send messages directly from the calendar interface to:
- Align schedules
- Ask follow-up questions
- Clarify access instructions or preferences
This keeps communication streamlined and within the platform.
