How Do Showings Work When You List with Bōde?

Whether you prefer to be present for the appointment, step outside, or grab a coffee while buyers explore — the choice is entirely yours.


The Process for Self-Represented Buyers and Buyer Agents

  1. Buyers find your listing via the Bōde Search Page (https://www.bode.ca/search).
  2. Available viewing times are displayed on your listing — these were set when you created the listing.
    Need to update them? You can edit available times anytime by clicking the Edit Listing button on your listing card in your My Listings (https://www.bode.ca/my-listings) page.
  3. Buyers submit a request for their preferred time. You’ll receive an email notification with their request.
  4. Manage the request using our calendar tool — accept, decline, or suggest a different time.

Other Ways You May Be Contacted

  • By Email or Text if your phone number is on your listing.
  • Via the “Message Seller” button on your listing (generates an email to you).
  • Through ShowingTime (agents often use this app — you’ll get email notifications from them).
