Why does my listing say "Under Review"?
“Under Review” means Bōde is checking your listing before it goes live on Bōde.ca and REALTOR.ca. You’ll be notified once it’s published.
What Does "Under Review" Mean?
When your listing status is marked as "Under Review", it means our team is actively reviewing your submission and preparing it for publication on both Bōde.ca and REALTOR.ca.
This includes:
- Quality checks of the information and photos
- Processing any recent changes or edits
- Ensuring compliance with industry and board regulations
Once your listing has been successfully published, you will receive a notification. At that point, you'll be able to edit and update your listing again if needed.
