Timeline: What Happens When You List Your Home with Bōde
Excellent question! Here’s an overview of the timeline from the moment you start listing your home:
1. Request a Photos & Measurements Appointment
Bōde includes professional photos and RMS measurements when you list.
Our Prō will coordinate with you, and your images will be ready approximately 48 hours after the appointment.
2. Start Listing Your Home
You can complete the listing service in about 10 minutes. Starting early allows time to add co-owners and verify property details.
3. Preview Your Listing
After filling out the required information, click "Preview" to review. If you notice errors, you can easily go back and make edits.
4. Submit for Review
Click "Submit" to send your listing to Bōde for final checks.
It takes about 2 business days to go live on:
- Bōde.ca
- REALTOR.ca
- Zillow
- 1000+ additional sites
You’ll be notified when your listing is live. The 90-day listing agreement starts at that point.
