Selling a Property Owned by a Company

The Bōde listing process enables individuals with properties registered under a company name to sell on our platform. Here's how to do it:

  1. Create a draft listing (https://bode.ca/sell-your-home) and begin entering the property details.
  2. When you reach the Ownership section, you’ll see a list of ownership scenarios.
  3. Select "A Company" in response to the question "Who owns this property?"
  4. Enter your legal company name in the additional field that appears.
  5. Fill in your own details under the seller information, as you will be representing the listing.
  6. Complete the rest of the listing process and click Submit.
  7. The company name you entered will appear on the Listing Agreement, which will be sent to you via email.
