Selling a Property Owned by a Company
The Bōde listing process enables individuals with properties registered under a company name to sell on our platform. Here's how to do it:
- Create a draft listing (https://bode.ca/sell-your-home) and begin entering the property details.
- When you reach the Ownership section, you’ll see a list of ownership scenarios.
- Select "A Company" in response to the question "Who owns this property?"
- Enter your legal company name in the additional field that appears.
- Fill in your own details under the seller information, as you will be representing the listing.
- Complete the rest of the listing process and click Submit.
- The company name you entered will appear on the Listing Agreement, which will be sent to you via email.
