Managing Offers with Bōde
Bōde is designed to receive and manage offers directly through our platform, giving you the tools, support, and transparency you need to successfully complete your home sale.
Once an offer is submitted, you’ll be notified and can review the full details within your seller dashboard.
How to Review and Respond to Offers
- Go to your Offers page (https://bode.ca/offer-management-seller)
- Click on the active offer to view a complete summary
- You can then choose to accept, reject, or counter the offer directly through the platform
- Each offer includes a clearly marked expiry time, so you’ll know how long you have to respond

What If You Receive an Offer Outside the Platform?
If you receive an offer offline (e.g., via email, phone, or in person), please notify us as soon as possible via help@bodecanada.com. This ensures your listing status remains accurate and we can still support you through the next steps.

Once an offer is accepted, we’ll help you prepare the necessary conveyancing documents for your lawyer.
We’ll ask for your lawyer’s contact details — and from there, we’ll handle the paperwork to make closing smooth and efficient.
