Once both parties have agreed to the terms of an offer:

• You will receive an email specifying the next step.
• You’ll be taken to a populated, industry-standard contract that reflects all negotiated terms.
• When you’re ready, click “I accept” to sign the agreement.
• The agreement will then be sent to the other partie(s), who must also sign the agreement.

Once both parties have accepted — you officially have a conditional or unconditional agreement as the terms of the deal specify.

Bōde’s Offer to Close feature helps buyers and sellers stay aligned from the moment an offer is accepted through to Possession Day.

Everything is tracked in one place — with a clear timeline, document access, and status updates that keep everyone on the same page:

• Clear timeline: See all major milestones from deal agreed to deposit received to closing
• Important docs in one place: Purchase agreement, condition waivers, and conveyancing packages (if applicable)
• Real-time updates: Your dashboard reflects progress as it happens
• Email notifications & reminders: Stay on track with condition deadlines and possession prep

How It Works 1. Offer Accepted → You’ll receive an email with a link to the Offer to Close page. 2. Track Conditions → If your deal includes conditions (financing, inspection, etc.), you’ll see each one listed with deadlines and statuses. 3. Monitor Deposit → If Bōde is holding the deposit, you’ll see confirmation once it’s received. 4. Follow Progress → As conditions are waived or not met, the timeline updates automatically. 5. Prepare for Possession → Once everything is firm, we guide you toward a smooth handoff on Possession Day.
