How to Track the Status of Your Offer
If you’re a self-represented buyer or a buyer’s agent and have submitted an offer on a property, you can track its progress anytime through your Offer Management page (https://bode.ca/offer-management-buyer).
What You’ll See
- A summary of the offer you submitted
- The current status of your offer as it moves through each stage of the negotiation process
What Happens Next
Once your offer is submitted, there’s nothing else you need to do until the seller responds.
In the meantime, you can:
- Wait for updates via email and the platform, or
- Send a message to the seller using the messaging tool on their listing page
