What happens after I submit an offer online as a buyer's agent?

If you’re representing a buyer and choose to create an offer using Bōde’s online offer flow (the seller’s preferred method), here’s what to expect next:

Offer submission process

1. The seller receives an email notification that an offer has been submitted on their home.
2. The seller logs into their Bōde account to view a detailed summary of the offer.
3. The seller chooses to accept, reject, or counter the offer.
4. You, as the buyer’s agent, will receive an email notification informing you of the seller’s decision.
5. If the seller counters the offer, the system will highlight the proposed changes so you can easily review and either approve or decline during negotiations.
6. Once an agreement is reached, the Bōde team is notified and will generate an industry-standard Purchase Agreement populated with the agreed-upon terms.
7. The Bōde team will send the contract out via email:
   • First to the sellers
   • Then to you (the agent) for approval
   • Followed by the buyers, using the email addresses you provided when submitting the offer
