If you can’t claim your property, it’s likely already claimed. Use My Hōme instead: enter your property details, and create a new Homeowner Dashboard.
What if I can’t claim my property?
If you're unable to claim your property from the sold property page, it usually means that the home has already been claimed by another user.
What can I do?
No problem—there is an easy way to move forward:
Use the “My Home” feature
- Log into your Bōde account.
- Go to the “My Hōme” link from the My Hōme option on the top navigation bar.
- Enter your property details to create a new Homeowner Dashboard.
This will allow you to manually start managing your property, even if the sold listing has already been claimed.
