Claim a property by opening its sold page, clicking “Claim this Property,” logging in, and answering one profile question to access your Homeowner Dashboard.
How do I claim a property on Bōde?
If you recently sold your home or are the current homeowner, you can claim a property on Bōde to access your personalized Homeowner Dashboard.
How to claim a property
- Visit the sold property page for the home you want to claim.
- Click the “Claim this Property” button at the top of the page.
- Note: You must be logged in to see this option.
- A pop-up will appear asking a single question to verify your selling status.
- Once submitted, your Homeowner Dashboard for that property will load.
The dashboard provides insights and tools to help you manage your current or future listing more effectively.
