What happens after I claim a property?
Once you successfully claim a property on Bōde, you’ll gain access to your personalized Homeowner Dashboard.
What to expect:
- A “Homeowner Dashboard” link will appear in the dropdown menu under your profile avatar.
- You’ll also receive a confirmation email outlining:
- Key features of the dashboard
- Navigation tips
- Tools available to help you manage or prepare to sell your home
The Homeowner Dashboard is designed to give you more control and visibility as a homeowner—whether you’re actively selling or just monitoring the market.
