What happens after you claim a property?

After you claim a property, you get access to your Homeowner Dashboard, a confirmation email, and tools to track your home, plan a sale, and monitor the market.

Once you successfully claim a property on Bōde, you’ll gain access to your personalized Homeowner Dashboard.

What to expect:

  • A “Homeowner Dashboard” link will appear in the dropdown menu under your profile avatar.
  • You’ll also receive a confirmation email outlining:
    • Key features of the dashboard
    • Navigation tips
    • Tools available to help you manage or prepare to sell your home

The Homeowner Dashboard is designed to give you more control and visibility as a homeowner—whether you’re actively selling or just monitoring the market.
