The 'Description' and 'Additional Information' sections in the listing flow serve different purposes:
Description Section
- This content appears on both MLS and Bōde listings.
- It should include all key selling points of your home and property.
- Must comply with MLS regulations for property descriptions.
Additional Information Section
- This content is only visible on Bōde (not published to MLS).
- It does not need to follow MLS regulations.
- This field is optional but helpful if you've run out of space in the main description.
Use both strategically to highlight your property's best features.
