How do I change my password?
If you signed up with Google or Facebook, change your password through them. If you used email, go to Account Settings or bode.ca/login/reset to update it.
How do I change my Bōde password?
The steps to change your password depend on how you created your account.
If you used Google or Facebook (SSO)
If you signed up using Google or Facebook Single Sign-On (SSO), you cannot change your password through Bōde. Any password updates must be made through your Google or Facebook account.
Tip:
If you clicked “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Facebook” when signing up or logging in, you're using SSO.
When you update your password with Google or Facebook, the change will apply automatically to your Bōde login.
If you used email and password to sign up
If you created your account using an email address and custom password, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Bōde account.
- Go to your Account Settings (https://bode.ca/settings/account).
- Scroll to the bottom and click “Change Password.”
- You’ll be taken to the reset page: https://bode.ca/login/reset
- Enter the email address you used to create your account.
- Check your inbox for a verification code, enter it, and submit.
- A new page will appear to enter and confirm your new password.
- Click “Reset Password” to save it—you’ll be logged in automatically with your new credentials.
