Step-by-Step: How to Submit an Offer

Step 1.
Go to the Search (https://www.bode.ca/search) page and find the Bōde listing you’d like to make an offer on.

Step 2.
Click the "Make an Offer" button on the listing page. This will launch a guided flow to help you complete your offer.

Step 3.
Fill out your offer details, including:

• Offer price
• Deposit amount
• Inclusions and exclusions
• Possession date
• Terms and conditions
• Offer expiry date and time

Step 4.
We highly recommend including a personal note to the seller — and if possible, include comparable property references that support your offer price.

Step 5.
Click Submit Offer.
Your offer will be sent directly to the seller or their agent, and a copy will be saved on your Offers page (https://bode.ca/offer-management-buyer).

The seller will have the option to:

• Accept
• Counter
• Reject your offer

If an agreement is reached, your terms will auto-populate an industry-standard agreement. Once all parties sign, your deal becomes a conditionally accepted offer.
