How Does the Offer Feature Work on Bōde?

We’ve designed Bōde’s offer feature to capture all legally required information while keeping the process straightforward and efficient for buyers.

Steps to Make an Offer

1. Click “Make an Offer”
   On the property listing page, click the “Make an Offer” button to launch the offer flow.

2. Navigate Through the Offer Flow
   You can move through the offer steps in two ways:

   • Use the dots at the top of the screen to jump between sections
   • Or proceed step-by-step by entering the required information and clicking “Next”

3. Save Your Draft Offer
   If you’re not ready to submit, click “Save & Exit” at the top of the screen to save your progress.

4. Access Saved Offers
   You can return to any draft or submitted offer anytime by visiting your Offers page (https://bode.ca/offer-management-buyer).
