How to Request a Viewing
Follow these steps to book a home showing directly through the Bōde platform:

Go to the top navigation and click “Search for homes”, then select “Find a home” from the dropdown.
Or head straight to the Search Page (https://www.bode.ca/search). -
Apply filters and move the map to focus on the area you're interested in.
You'll see active listings that match your criteria. -
Click “View Listing” on any home you're interested in.
This will take you to the full listing page with all the details. -
On the listing page, you'll see available viewing times set by the seller.
Select your preferred date and time, then click “Submit Request”. -
The seller will either confirm, decline, or suggest a new time.
You’ll be notified by email. Want to speak directly? Click “Message Seller” to connect through Bōde’s messaging feature.
Remember
- There is no cost to you as a buyer when using Bōde.
- There is also no cost to the seller, giving both sides maximum flexibility and savings.
