When searching for comparables, the results indicate that there isn't sufficient data. What does this mean?
If the Comparables tool shows no results, it means no strong matches were found or data limits/errors exist.
Why didn’t I get any results in the Comparables tool?
The Comparables tool was built to give buyers and sellers access to real-time data that supports objective, informed decisions when pricing or evaluating a home.
However, there are some cases where you may not see any matching results.
Why am I seeing no matches?
If no sold or active listings appear after you enter your home’s specifications, it likely means:
- There were no substantially matching properties found in our database at this time
- The MLS data entered by agents may contain inconsistencies or human error
- The local board’s data policy may limit how far back we can show sold data (often limited to 2 years)
These limitations can impact how many comparable properties surface in your search.
