How do I see additional information on sold homes?

Use Bōde’s Sold Data tool to search sold prices by address or community and view details on a map. For price filters, use the Market Data tool instead.

How can I see what homes have sold for in my area?

Checking recent sold prices in your area—or in a community similar to yours—is a great way to set a competitive list price or make a well-informed offer.

Bōde offers a Sold Data tool that allows you to search by specific address or by community, and filter by date range.

How to use the Sold Data tool

  1. Go to the Sold Data tool.
  2. Search by either:
    • Address (for a specific home), or
    • Community filters (for a broader area).
  3. Click “Apply” to generate results.
  4. A map will appear with pins showing recently sold homes.
  5. Click on any pin to preview the property.
  6. Select the listing card above the pin to open the full sold property details page, which includes:
    • Final sale price
    • Property details
    • Transaction history (2 to 5 years, depending on location)

Can I filter by price?

The Sold Data tool does not include a direct price filter.

If you're looking to view sold homes within specific price ranges, we recommend using the Market Data tool, which offers price filtering at the community level.
