Bōde can hold deposits in trust. If wiring funds, include buyer name & property address in memo. Contact help@bodecanada.com if the deal is offline.
Holding the Deposit with Bōde
If you are listed with Bōde and come to a conditional agreement, Bōde can hold the funds in trust on your behalf.
If you made an agreement on our site, the banking information will be available as we walk you through the closing process.
Important: If the deposit is being held by Bōde, please ensure that the buyer includes the buyer's name and the home’s address in the memo section of the wire transfer.
If you have accepted an offer offline (via paper or digital document), please notify us via help@bodecanada.com so we can update your listing and guide you through the next steps.
