If you accepted the offer outside of the Bōde platform, please let us know by:

This ensures that we can update the status of your listing on MLS and Bōde accordingly.
Provide Your Lawyer’s Contact Information
Once the offer is accepted, please send us the contact details of your lawyer.
We’ll prepare the conveyancing documentation (the legal paperwork required for closing).
