What Happens If Buyers Try to Re-Negotiate After an Inspection?
If an inspection is completed and the buyers request changes to the deal, you have three options:
- Agree to the changes
- Counter the request
- Decline the re-negotiation
If You Decline the Re-Negotiation
The original deal still stands unless it is officially collapsed.

to request help with drafting an amendment to the agreement.
This amendment will be included in the final contract sent to your lawyer during the closing process.
