How do I add a co-owner to my listing?

Easily add co-owners to your listing by sending invites during the setup process. Each must verify their ID and sign the agreement before listing goes live.

How to Add Co-Owners to Your Listing

Do you co-own your property with others?
It’s easy to include them in the Bōde listing process. Just follow these steps:

Steps to Add Co-Owners

  1. Select "Myself & Others"
Start in the Ownership section of the listing flow and choose this option.

  2. Enter Co-Owner Details
Provide the legal name, email, and phone number for each co-owner.

  3. Send the Invitation
Click "Send Invite" to send an invitation to each co-owner.

  4. Add More Co-Owners
Click "+ Add another Co-Owner" if there are multiple owners.

  5. Account Setup & ID Verification
    Each co-owner must:

    • Create a Bōde account
    • Complete identity verification

Each co-owner will receive an email with setup instructions once invited.

  6. Customize Name Display
You can choose how their name appears on the listing.
By default, only their first name is displayed, but this can be changed.

Finalizing the Listing Agreement

  1. Submit Your Listing
Once all required fields are complete, submit your listing for review.

  2. Receive the Listing Agreement
You’ll receive the agreement via email.

  3. Sign the Agreement
    Sign the listing agreement digitally.

  4. Other Co-Owners Are Notified
Oneflow will automatically send the agreement to each co-owner one by one.

  5. Receive the Final Copy
Once everyone has signed, a completed copy will be shared with all parties.
