Can I use information from the last time my home sold when I create my listing?

If your address matches a past sale, you can pre-fill your listing with that data. Choose wisely—this step isn’t reversible. You can still edit fields.

Can My Listing Be Pre-Populated with Data from a Previous Sale?

Yes — this is possible if your address exactly matches a recently sold property in our database.

If a match is found, you’ll have the option to pre-populate your draft listing with data from the previous sale.

Here's How It Works:

  1. You’ll be presented with a step asking whether you want to use data from the most recent sale of your home.
Note: You can change any or all of the pre-filled data. However, not all fields will be populated — many were skipped by the previous listing agent and will require your input.

  2. Important: If you choose "No" and opt not to use the past data, you will not be able to return to this step later. We are unable to maintain two sets of data for a single listing.

  3. Complete the listing process by either using the pre-filled data or entering new information manually.

  4. Once all required fields are filled in, you may submit your listing for review by the Bōde Team.
