Will Bōde contact my clients if I make an offer on a listing?
Bōde won’t contact your buyer if you submit an offer as their agent. Buyer info is only used to prepare the contract; you remain the sole point of contact.
Will Bōde contact my buyer directly if I submit an offer as their agent?
No. If you are representing a buyer and submit an offer through Bōde’s online system, the Bōde Team will not contact your client directly.
Why does Bōde collect buyer information?
During the offer submission process, you will be asked to provide certain buyer details. This information is required to:
- Generate the industry-standard Purchase Agreement
- Populate the necessary fields accurately
- Circulate the agreement via email once the offer goes firm
The required details include:
- Legal names of all buyers
- Email addresses (for contract delivery)
- Telephone numbers
- Current address
- Citizenship status (mandatory for transactions in British Columbia)
This information is used solely for contract preparation and execution.
Will Bōde contact my clients?
No. Beyond collecting this information for legal and administrative purposes, the Bōde Team will not initiate contact with buyers who are represented by an agent. You remain the sole point of contact throughout the transaction.
